基于VC++工控组态软件的总体框架性设计与实现

【摘要】 工控组态软件的设计与实现是一个庞大而复杂的工程,也是一个艰巨的挑战。本文结合本人近两年来从事工控组态软件设计的实际经验,主要论述了中小型组态软件的整体框架设计与实现方法,并给出了用VC++6.0语言作为开发工具完成实现的部分程序源代码。 组态软件的设计可分为几个子系统的设计:流程图子系统、实时数据库子系统、运行子系统、通讯子系统的设计。本文主要论述了组态软件中的两个关键子系统流程图子系统和实时数据库子系统的设计与实现,并对OPC在过程控制中的应用作了初步的探讨。 该组态软件的设计参考了国内外几个比较著名的组态软件产品,如国外的INTOUCH(美国WonderWare公司)、Wincc(西门子公司)和国内的组态王KingView(Version5.1)(北京亚控公司)等,以此为基础,融入了自己的新特色:1·利用部件化的ActiveX技术增加了用户组态的可扩展性;2·利用VC++和VB混合编程技术,充分运用VB强大、高效的界面生成能力、ACCESS数据库功能和VC++易于对内存、硬件操作的特点,VB、VC都是微软的产品,它们之间的相互连接很容易,这种混合编程方案能有效地缩短软件开发周期;3·利用OPC(OLE forprocess control)规范解决上位机软件和下位机的挂接问题,OPC规定了软件和硬件的统一接口标准,使得一个设备可以很容易地加入现有系统并立即投入使用,不需要复杂的配置,且不会影响现有的系统,实现了即插即用,无需编写设备驱动程序;4·实时数据库系统以DLL形式存在,有利于其它编程语言(如VB、C++Builder等)实现的ActiveX动画构件访问实时数据库。 该系统整体框架性的实现,为后面的研究生继续该课题的研究与开发打下了坚实的基础。

【Abstract】 The design of configuration software for industrial control is a huge and complex engineer , It抯 also an arduous challenge . With the author抯 practical experience in the design of configuration software for industrial control for two years, the paper mainly discusses how to design the whole frame and the realization means of medium and small configuration software of industrial control, and also provides part source code based on VC++6.O The whole system can be divided into several subsystem flow chart subsystem real-time database subsystem~ running subsystem~ communication subsystem. The paper mainly discusses the design of flow chart subsystem and real- time database subsystem0 and also summarily discusses the application of OPC in the process control. The design of the configuration software refers to several domestic and overseas products, such as Intouch (USA 憇 wonderware company 1. Wince (SIMENC company).. KingView(Beijing YaKong Company)and so on, on such a base We increase our own characteristic: Firstly, Using ActiveX technology to improve the software抯 Extensibility; Secondly, using VC++ and YB language to program mixedly, making good use of yB抯 strong and high-efficient ability to create graphics interface , using Access Database, Using VC++抯 good function to manipulate the EMS memory and hardware. YB and VC++ are both Microsoft抯 products, so they are easy to be connected with each other, this programming means can efficiently reduce the developing period; Thirdly , Using OPC (OLE for process control) to solve the communication problem between configuration software and below-machine, OPC defines uniform interface standard , it realizes that a communication device can be easily added to the system to run at once, don 憈 need device driver; Fourthly, real-time database system exists in DLL, the ActiveX Movie component (using other language to program such as YB and C++Builder) can access reat-time database system. The realization of the whole frame set up a good basic for next year抯 postgraduate to continue this project抯 research and development.
