固定化小球藻对市政污水中N、P营养盐的深度净化

【摘要】 将原位分离的小球藻包埋于褐藻酸钙凝胶胶珠中,对人工配制的市政污水进行净化处理。研究不同藻龄接种(指数末期、静止初期)、不同细胞负载(83、211、701、1506万个细胞/个胶球)、不同N/P比(5∶1、10∶1、20∶1)及不同葡萄糖浓度(0.01%、0.1%、1%、0%)对人工污水中NH4+-N及PO43-—P的净化效率的影响以及净化过程中藻类的生长变化。结果表明,选择在静止初期接种,细胞负载在700万个细胞/个胶球左右,经过饥饿处理,在N/P比为20∶1,葡萄糖浓度为0.01%时,藻类生理活动旺盛,对NH4+—N及PO43-—P的去除率最高,在36小时内几乎均去除了100%。此外,对大连开发区的市政污水进行了深度处理,对于NH4+—N的处理,4天去除率就达99%。

【Abstract】 Using Chlorella sp. isolated from wastewater entrapped in calcium alginate gel for purifYing sewage. This paper studied the purification efficiencies of ammonia -nitrogen and ortho-phosphate by immobilized algae at different algae ages (early stationary phase, late exponential phase), different cell loading (83,2 1 1,70 land 1506 million cells/gel bead), if being starved, different N/P (5:1,10: 1,and 20:1) and different glucose concentrations (0.01 %,0. 1%, 1 %,and 0%). It also studied the changes of growth. The results shows choosing early stationary phase algae cell, 700million cells/gel bead cell loading, cell being starved, N/P being 20:land glucose concentration being 0.01%, immobilized Chlorella sp. is shown to have great potentialities for removing NH4-N and P043-P, and the rate of removing is nearly 100% in 36 hours.
