用柱透镜制备自由空间光交叉互连器件的研究

【摘要】 光互连在光信息处理和信息交换等领域中占据越来越重要的地位,尤其是在光计算机、光交换及神经网络方面。 本文介绍了Kogelnik耦合波理论,并根据Kogelnik理论推导出入射面与光栅矢量不共面时的耦合波理论,讨论不同方向变化入射角对衍射效率的影响;推导出正交两次曝光光栅的衍射波方程;为制备光交叉互连器件提供了理论依据。 本文介绍了记录材料——红敏光致聚合物的性能、记录原理和处理工艺。通过对光交叉互连结构的分析,提出利用柱透镜法制备全息光交叉互连器件,在实验上制备出二维全息光交叉互连器件,并对制备的互连器件的光学特性进行了研究。此方法具有可重复性好,比传统逐点曝光法简单,且能充分体现光交叉互连的结构特点。实验中发现环氧树脂对RSP的性能有改善。 本文为实现自由空间光交叉互连提供了一种新方法,在理论和实验上证明是可行的。随着光互连技术研究的深入,全息光交叉互连元件在自由空间光互连中的应用将变的更广泛。

ThismethOd is simPle and easy to be exPosed. ln exPerimen, CPoxy resin was helPed toenhance the oPtical Proprties of the RSPThis article Provided a new methd for free-sPace oPticai crossoverinterconnection. This methd was feasible accOndng to theOry and exPeriment. Withthe develoPment of OPical interconneetion, the hOlograPic crossover OPicalelements also will be widely used in free-sPaCe oPtical interconnection.
