【摘要】 BtoC电子商务使网络技术给现实生活带来的利益落实到消费者身上，然而，滞后的物流系统使BtoC电子商务在中国陷入尴尬境地。突破物流瓶颈的限制，建立高效的BtoC电子商务物流系统已成为当务之急。 成本、商圈、规模和专业化是选择BtoC物流处理方式主要影响因素。本文比较了我国现有的几种物流处理方式，指出利用第三方物流是解决BtoC物流障碍的最优选择。 根据BtoC和第三方物流的要求，我国物流系统必须实现理念上的转变、支撑要素的完善和技术层面的提高。据此，本文构建了适应BtoC电子商务要求的第三方物流系统模型，设计了第三方物流企业与网络企业间、第三方物流企业与消费者间以及第三方物流企业之间的关系模式。并着重分析了接单、配送、库存、运输过程控制和物流系统控制五个子系统。同时提出操作这个系统模型的一点思路与方案，希望能为BtoC电子商务在我国的健康发展做一点理论上的准备。更多还原

【Abstract】 BtoC(business-to-consumer) e-commerce leads the benefits brought by the technology of network to consumers. However, the backward logistics system has hindered the development of BtoC. Therefore, it is necessary to build up an efficient logistics system. Cost, business circle, scale, and specialization are the main factors that influence the selection of the logistics forms of BtoC. On the base of comparing several ways of logistics, it is pointed out that third-party logistics(TPL) is the best way to solve the BtoC logistics problem. According to the requirements of BtoC and TPL, changing of service mind, perfecting of support systems, and increasing of technologies should be made in logistics system. In consequence, the TPL system model under BtoC has been constructed in this paper, which designs the relationships among the TPLs, internet enterprises, and consumers. Five sub-models, order arrangement, distribution settlement, stock arrangement, transportation control, and system control, are specially analyzed. In the end of this paper, some operation thoughts are suggested.更多还原
