维修性工程理论在“5HGS”系列谷物烘干机上的应用研究

【摘要】 谷物烘干机械作为粮食干燥的主要机械之一,已在我国的农业生产中占有重要位置。本文首先针对因我国目前的烘干机设计主要注重的是性能设计,而忽视了可靠性与维修性设计,造成的烘干机平均故障间隔时间短、故障率高、平均修复时间长的实际情况,提出了在传统的烘干机设计中应考虑可靠性与维修性指标的设计思路,即效能设计。因为它比任何单一指标更能确切地反映产品完成规定任务的程度。目前,在对粮食干燥品质要求越来越高的情况下,这种设计思路显得非常重要。 本文应用维修性工程理论,采用定时截尾试验方法,以5HGS—15、5HGS-20、5HGS—25、5HGS—35四种机型为研究对象,在实际农业生产作业中进行试验,记录了“5HGS”系列谷物烘干机各个系统出现故障及修理情况。利用实验数据在维修性理论指导下,对“5HGS”系列谷物烘干机进行了定量分析与定性分析,指出了提高“5HGS”系列谷物烘干机效能途径,提出了改进意见和对策,并对改进后的效果进行初步预测,改进后的使用可用度由原来85.08%,提高到91.09%,符合要求的烘干机在89%时间内无故障正常运行,预测结果令人满意。 本研究从维修性的角度首次提出了“5HGS”系列烘干机效能设计。通过本课题研究,对提高烘干机的使用经济效益具有一定的现实意义和应用价值。

【Abstract】 Grain drying machinery has important position in agricultural production in China. The thesis present the design concept that the index of reliability and maintainability effectiveness design should be considered in the course of designing dryer, being directed at the real condition that the mean time between failure of dryer was low, failure rate was high, mean time to repair was long, which the condition was a result of paying attention to performance design, ignoring the reliability and maintainability design. Effectiveness design can reflect more precisely the level of product completing a given task than any single index. At present, the design concept became extremely important under the condition that the quality of dryer grain was required higher and higher. In this thesis, applying maintainability engineering theory, adopting the timing experimental method, experiment was done in practice agricultural production with four kinds of model ?HGS-15? ?HGS-20? ?HGS-25? ?HGS-35?were target, and the condition of failure and repair of vary system of ?HGS?series grain dryer were recorded. Using the experimental data, directed by the maintainability theory, maintainability of ?HGS?series grain dryer was quantitative qualitative analyzed, the path of improving the effectiveness of ?HGS?series grain dryer was given, improving opinion and countermeasure were given too. The result of improved design concept was forecasted. Serviceability of improved design concept increased from 85.08% to 91.09%, accord with the demand dryer can operate normally in 89% of all time, forecast result was satisfied.This research presented firstly the design concept of effectiveness design from the point of view of maintainability, this research has certain real significant and applied value for improving the economical efficiency of dryer.
