【摘要】 本文以9JH—I型活塞式挤奶小车为试验设备，通过测试，获得了活塞式挤奶机工作性能的信息和数据，并以此为根据进行分析研究，得出奶杯壁间室真空度和压力分别与真空泵活塞位移的变化关系，奶杯壁间室最大真空度和压力分别与气缸球阀直径的关系，以及挤奶机节拍比、最大真空时相比和最小真空时相比与气缸球阀直径的变化规律，同时提出了球阀直径、质量和材料以及奶桶盖球阀与真空泵气缸球阀直径的不同组合对上述各参数的影响，为产品的改进和更新提供了必要的理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Postgraduate:Liang xifeng(Agricultural Mechanization Engineering)Directed by Prof. : Wang chunguangA great deal of data of working function parameters of milking machine were obtained respectively by means of measurement and analysis on 9JH- I piston milking trolley .Based on these testing results ,a study on milking function analysis has been finished and some conclusions were obtained, such as the relevant changing laws between vacuum~. pressure of pulsation chamber of teat cup and piston displacement of vacuum pump ,the relationship between pulsation ratios ~. the maximum and the minimum vacuum phase ratios and diameters of ball valves on vacuum pump cylinder as well as .At the same time ,the effect of diameters.~, mass and material of ball valves to the function parameters were presented along with the effect of different diameters composing of ball valve in milking pail and in vacuum pump cylinder, which will provide essential basis for optimization of design.更多还原
