【摘要】 邓小平同志指出：“关起门搞建设是不能成功的，中国的发展 离不开世界”。随着中美、中欧关于中国加入世界贸易组织（WTO） 协议的签订，中国加入WTO己成定势。这就意味着，中国经济发 展将更大程度上融入世界经济发展潮流之中，面临新的发展机遇 与挑战。国内外环境要求广西农业结构进行战略性调整。新阶段， 尤其是要适应加入 WTO的需要，广西如何进行农业结构调整就是 本文研究的问题。 文章第一章分析加入WTO后，广西面临的机遇与挑战。第 二章回顾和评价广西农业结构调整历史，接着分析广西农业结构 调整的现状及存在的主要问题。第三章运用定性分析方法着重对 新时期的广西农业结构必须进行战略性调整，农业结构战略性调 整内涵、特点、指导思想、基本原则及重点等进行系统的阐述， 然后根据上面阐述的新阶段农业结构战略性调整理论与赫克歇尔 ─俄林的资源赋予说，探索如何调整与优化广西农林牧渔结构及 其内部结构、农产品加工业结构。第四章根据李嘉图的比较成本 说与赫克歇尔─俄林的资源赋予说，运用定量分祈与定性分析相 结合方法对加入WTO后广西主要农产品结构调整进行剖析。最 后，第五章根据前四章的分析提出了广西农业结构调整应采取的 对策：发展广西具有竞争优势的产品，坚持“出口促进”发展战 略；加速农业产业化经营，优化广西农业结构；积极推进农业的 适度规模经营：加快农产品流通体制改革：实施可持续性发展战 略，大力发展绿色食品等等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Comrade dengxiaoping once pointed out: "Socialist construction would not reach its success without opening to the outside world, Chinese development is tightly relate to the world" After the Sino-Us and Sino-Europe treaties about China Join WTO were signed. China would sure to join WTO. This means that new opportunities and development will be melted into economic tide of world. The dissertation focus on how Guangxi take the agricultural adjustment and on meet the need of the new stage, especially, meet the need of entering WTO. In chapter one the dissertation analyses the opportunities and challenges Guangxi will face after join WTO; In chapter two review and evaluate the history of adjustment of Guangxi’s agricultural structure and analyses cunent situation and key problems; By using the method of qualitative analysis, chapter three focus on the necessity of agricultural strategic adjustment in Guangxi in the new stage, make a systematic exposition on the contents, characteristics, guiding ideology, basic principles and emphases about the agricultural strategic adjustment, and then based on the adjustment theory discussed above and H-O theory, explore how to adjust and perfect the structure or farming; forestry, animal husbandry, fishery and their internal structure, and farm products occupation structure; By using the method of combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, chapter four, based on Ricardo’s comparative cost theory and H-Q theory, analyses the adjustment of Guangxi’s principal product structure after join WTQ; At last, in chapter five, according to the analysis of four chapters above, several major measures to adjust Guangxi’s agricultural structure are put forward in the dissertation:①develop Guan’xi’s advantageous product, and consist on promoting through export?strategy;②By accelerating agricultural intergration, perfects Guangxfs agricultural structure;③Improve agricultural moderate scale operation positively, and accelerate the reform of farm product marketing system; ④Carry out agricultural sustainable development strategy, and strengthen green food. etc.更多还原
