基于ES与RMIS的水稻栽培模拟优化决策咨询系统研究

【摘要】 本研究以广西“粮食作物(水稻)两高─优模式栽培技术集成与咨询系 统研究”为背景,通过对水稻生产的系统分析,定义和论述了水稻生产系统 的慨念及其系统特征。在此菱础上,以辩证唯物主义和系统论、国家农业现 代化建设方针为指导,应用系统工程的理论与方法,严格遵循市场经济规律 和系统的整体性、结构性、时序性和整体协调性等原则,把水稻生产系统置 于更大的农业生态系统环境之下,深入分析和认识水稻生长发育规律与客观 环境之间的关系,针对广西“吨粮田”建设和全国水稻生产发展及农业跨越 式发展的需要,结合各地水稻生产的特点、基层农技人员和广大农民的科技 文化素质的实际,科学确定系统开发的目标和实现目标的研究方法及其技术 路线,对水稻模拟优化诀策咨询系统进行创新性研究。采用多学科交叉与有 机结合,信息专家与农学领域专家相结合,资源管理信息系统(RMIS)、农业专 家系统(ES)与水稻栽培模拟优化决策咨询系统(RCSODCS)相结合,旱育秧、 抛秧、化控、病虫草鼠综合防治等多种最新栽培技术相结合,按软件工程的 原理,从宏观到微观、定性到定量综合集成的方法,开发出基于ES和RMIS 的水稻模拟优化决策咨询系统(ERRSODCS)软件。系统交互界面采用了 多媒技术,大大提高了软件的智能水平;数据库技术在采用技术成熟的关系 数据库基础上,增加一些特定的数据处理子程序,使其具有面向对象的特点; RMIS技术使系统不但能有效管理大量的空间技据和属性数据,而且能更有 效地支持信息咨询和决策咨询;专家系统采用传统的基于规则的专家系统与 基于神经网络的专家系统集成,提高了系统的自学习能力;通过ES、RMIS 与决策咨询系统的综合集成,不仅克服了传统模拟优化模型技术对作物生产 系统的地理空间信息与模糊灰色性、不确定性、随机性、经验性问题的处理 能力不足的局限性,而且解诀了专家系统知识获取的“瓶颈问题”,实现了 系统的自我发展和完善,从而使ERRCSODCS成为一种全新的农业信息技 术,并在南宁市Ⅱ优718优质高产栽培计算机模拟优化方案研究中进行了成 功的应用研究。

【Abstract】 Back ground of the study task: A Study on Integration of 慔igh yield & Benefit and Good Grain Quality of Modeled Cultivation of Foodstuff Crop (Rice) and Its Consultation System? which is ordered by The Science & Technology Department of Guangxi Autonomous Region, afler the systems analysis of rice production, the conception of Rice Production System and its characteristic have been defined and discussed in this paper. Based on it, Guided by Dialectical Materialism, systems theory and national agriculture modernization construction policy, and with the application of the method of system engineering ,confirming seriously to the law of market economy and the disciplines of integrity~ structure, time-dependence, harmony and other characteristics of systems, relationship of the discipline of rice growth and its environment have been studied. Aiming at the need of construction of on-yield-field?in Guangxi, the development of national rice growth, the excel development of agriculture and the diathesis of agricultural technicians of grass roots and peasants, the goal of system development and the method and technique for obtaining the goal have been determined scientifically and an innovative study on the software of Rice Cultivation Simulationptimization Decision Making and Consultation System Based on Expert System and Resource Management Information System(ERRCSODCS) has been conducted. Guided by the discipline of software engineering, and with the application of integration several subjects, collaboration of information experts and agronomist, integration of Resource Management Information System (RMIS), agriculture Expert System (ES) and Rice Cultivation Simulationptimization Decision Making and Consultation System (RCSODCS), integration of several new advanced cultivation techniques i such as seedling breeding on dry field, seedling casting, chemical control, pest (disease, pest, grass and rat) control and integration of macroscopic methods to microscopic methods as well as from qualitative methods to quantitative methods, the software ERRCSODCS has been developed. Owing to multimedia technique, the interface has been intellectualized highly; Integrated with some special subprograms, the data system which is based on relation model has some characteristics of Object桹riented technique; RMIS can manage not only space data and attribute data but also support information consultation and decision making consultation efficiently; With the integration of the traditional expert system based on rules and expert based on neural net, the system can learn by itself very well. In virtue of the integration of ES, RMIS and RCSODCS, not only the shortcomings of traditional simulation model technique, which can not solve the space information and fhzzy gray, uncertain, random, experiential problems efficiently has been solved, but also et problem?of the knowledge obtaining of traditional expert system has been solved, so that the software can be improved and perfected automatically. Thus ERRCSODCS is a new kind of agriculture information technique, and the experiment of study on computer simulationptimization project of II You7lS good grain & high yield in Nanning has been conducted successfully.
