基于Intranet的电厂生产实时网络监视系统的研究与实现

【摘要】 实时网络监视系统是研究如何利用通信技术、数据库技术和网络技术来完成对生产运行情况进行在线监视的课题。实时性是这种系统最显著的特征。系统的研究与实现,能够使企业管理层方便及时地了解生产工况和历史生产信息,为领导做出生产调度决策提供可靠的数学依据,大大提高整个企业的科学化、现代化管理水平,提高企业的经济效益和社会效益。 本文在分析系统发展和现状的基础上,研究了基于 Intranet的电厂生产实时网络监视系统,以电力行业的技术规范为背景,从网络连接,计算机串行通信,TCP/IP协议通信,动态数据发布,和实时数据库等方面进行了深入探讨,提出了串行网络接入 TCP/IP网络的模型,实时数据动态发布的模型和建立实时数据库的策略。同时,还从计算机工程的角度出发,提出了解决实时数据存储访问冲突的方法,即三缓冲循环队列存储算法,解决了实际工程中普遍存在的问题。对于网络底层通信,本文应用了网络嗅探的手段,分析TCP与UDP通信对网络造成的负担,从而为实时数据动态发布模型的论证提供了现实依据。 本文最后,给出了一个系统实现的例子,即广西西津水电厂生产实时网络监视系统。

【Abstract】 Real-time network monitoring system is a project applied to complete the online supervision for power generation by doing researches into the using of communication technology, database technology and network technology Efficiency is the most characteristics of this system Research and application of this system will help the managerial personnel to analyze the previous and present generating information easily and timely so that they can provide reliable data for the leading group to make scheduling decision This greatly enhances the scientific and modem management standard and largely improves the economic returns and social benefitsIn this paper, the author is going to stage the researches on Intranet-based real-time network monitoring system on the basis of analysis about the current situation and future development of this system Taking the power industry’s technical regulations as background, the paper will make a deep study on network connect, computer serial communication, TCP/IP comniunication, dynamic data issuance, real-time database and so on It puts forward the serial network inserting TCP/IP network model, the real-time data dynamic issuance model and the method of setting real-time database At the same time, from the computer project angle, the article raises a method on solving the collision of real-time data access, namely, three-buffer circulatory line store algorithm This method helps get rid of general problems in practice For deep network communication, the article analyses the network load make by TCP and UDP communication by means of network sniff, thus providing actual basis for the argumentation of real-time data dynamic issuance modelAt the end of this article, real-time network monitoring system will be discussed with a real illustration, namely, real-time network monitoring system of Guangxi Xijin Hydroelectric Plant
