土壤和超富集植物中磷、砷相互关系

Effects of Phosphorus on Arsenic Adsorption in Solis and As-accumulating in hyperaccumulator Fern

【摘要】 本文研究了三种不同性质的土壤(黄壤、红壤和褐土)对磷(P)、 砷(As)的吸附关系和超富集植物对磷、砷的吸收关系。结果表明: 1、三种土壤中,黄壤对As的吸附量较大,其次是红壤,吸附量较 低的是褐土。 2、在黄壤和褐土中添加不同浓度比的P和As,土壤对As的吸附,随 着添加P浓度的增加,吸附As的量减少;红壤吸附As的量的情况不一样, 添加一定的P,可以促进As的吸附。在黄壤、红壤和褐土中添加不同浓度 比的P和As,土壤对P的吸附,随着添加As浓度的增加,吸附P的量减少。 3、生长在褐土中的富砷蕨的含As量与处理的磷和As浓度呈显著相关。随着土壤As浓度增加,植物地上部和地下部的含As量也增加。土壤As浓度达到800mg/kg时,富砷蕨的地上部积累As的量从移栽前675.89mg/kgDW到4370mg/kgDW,地下部分含As量从移栽前687.8mg/kgDW到3683mg/kgDW,且富砷蕨仍能正常生长,生物量比对照稍有增加。在土壤含As保持一定,富砷蕨地上部和地下部的含As量与土壤P浓度呈显著相关,随着土壤P浓度的增加,富砷蕨地上部和地下部的含As也增加。 4、在光学显微镜下观察了富砷蕨的细胞结构,其维管束发达。在 电子显微镜观察到As处理的植物细胞膜和叶绿体膜的电子致密的颜色比较深,对照植物(生长在没有受砷污染的土壤)细胞膜的电子致密的颜色浅。As处理的富砷蕨叶绿体内的淀粉粒染色后颜色很深,富砷蕨对照的淀粉粒染色后颜色不明显。

【Abstract】 This study consists of two experiments. Adsorption of arsenate(As) and phosphorus (P) were determined in three soils (red soil, yellow soil, drab soil). Accumulation of As and P in hyperaccumulated-As fern were determined under differing concentration P and As in the drab. These results indicate:1.P and As were adsorbed by yellow soil more than red soil. Capacity of adsorbed As and P in drab soil was less than that in the red soil. The adsorbed As increase with increasing content of the clay. As would be less strongly adsorbed at high pH.2.Capacity of adsorbed As decreased with increasing P concentration under different As and P concentration in yellow soil and drab soil. Capacity of adsorbed P decreased with increasing As concentration under differ As and P concentration in the yellow soil and drab soil. Capacity of adsorbed As were greatly affected by P concentration in red soil. Capacity of adsorbed As were enhanced at P:As=l :1.3.Accumulation of As and P were determined in the fern under different content of P and As in the drab soil. Increasing levels of As and P in the soil caused a significant Increasing As and P in the fronds. The effects of As in soil on As concentration in the fronds were statistically significant. The fern could take up large amounts of As into its fronds in 4 months. As concentration in the fern fronds growing in soil spiked with 800mg/kg soil As increased from 675.89mg/kgDW to 4370mg/kgDW
