金属带式机械无级变速器的动力学特性及响应仿真

【摘要】 本文对轿车用金属带式机械无级变速器(CVT)的一些动力学特性作了较为详细的分析。通过建立传动动力学模型找出金属带各组件在各种工况下受力情况的细节,进而为确定金属带的工作方式提供了依据;通过对金属带传动产生滑动的各种原因进行分析,提出产生滑动的主要原因,并且指出了减小滑动率的途径,此外还对CVT的效率损失原因进行了探讨;文中还对汽车传动系统的工况进行了较为详细的分析,利用Matlab语言对CVT的自动变速功能作了仿真分析,同时编写了用于控制CVT传动比的程序。 研究结果表明:只要利用己有的试验和理论研究结果合理地设计金属带式机械无级变速器,装有金属带式CVT的轿车将具有比传统的有级变速器和自动变速器更加优良的性能。它的最大忧点是操作简便和能实现CVT与发动机的最佳匹配。经仿真计算,这一优点得以证实。此外,本文提出的动力学模型可在试验的基础上进一步完善而成为CVT理论的重要组成部分。

【Abstract】 In this paper some dynamic performance of metal pushing V-beltcontinuously variable transmission (CVT) used in a car is discussed indetail. Force situations are found out at all operating modes by means ofmodeling dynamic mechanics and also provide Principles to determine itsoperating ways. Furthermore, many sliP reasons are analyzed to find outmain one and point out how to reduce slip between pulleys and belt.Courses of efficiency loss are discussed in addition. CVT’s detailedoperating modes are analyzed when a car is driven. Sbolation on CVT’sauto-speed-change function is made. Therfore, its controlling Program isworked out in Matlab language also.The study results show tha cars with metal pushing V-belt type CVTwill own better performance than those with traditional step transmission orauto-speed-change transmission provided design it reasonably useexperiments results and theories we got. The main virtue of CVT isconvenient operation and can realize the best matching with the engine.After simulation calculation, the virtue is certified. Moreover, based onexperiments, the dynamic model mentioned in this paper could perfectfurther and become the important pall of CVT’s theory.
