【摘要】 随着国民经济的快速增长，我国对能源的需求越来越大，能源供应将是今后较长时期内我国国民经济发展的主要制约因素之一。液化天然气作为一种清洁、高效、廉价的能源，已经成为我国下世纪初重点发展的目标。目前，国家有关部门已经将进口LNG提到研究日程上来，基本上选择在广东深圳建设我国第一座LNG接收站，一期工程年进口量为300万吨，投产后，根据运行经验其规模可逐步扩展到600万吨／年，另外继深圳项目之后国家还将在华东和闽东南各建一座LNG接收站。因此如何选择适合于我国进口LNG运输的优选船型将是摆在许多航运企业面前的重要的研究课题。 本论文首先分析了世界LNG的海上运输贸易的发展及我国进口LNG需求，分析了世界LNG船队概况及船型的发展趋势，阐述了LNG运输对港口的特殊要求，在此基础上提出了我国进口LNG运输的船型论证方案，建立船舶技术经济论证所必需的数学模型，给出单船与船队方案的船型技术经济论证原理及步骤，依据上述原理与步骤，利用Visual Basic语言研制开发LNG船型论证系统软件，得出各方案的论证结果，然后进行敏感性分析。另外，针对不同的主机型号作了进一步的优化论证，确定了适合于我国LNG运输的优选船型及其对应的主机类型。本论文最后分析了世界LNG造船的建造能力，并给出选择LNG船造船厂的原则。希望本文中关于LNG船型论证的方法和结果能够为积极筹划和参与我国进口LNG项目的航运企业起到一定的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of our country’s national economy, the demand for the energy is becoming larger and larger and the supply of energy will be the main factor to restrict the economy for a long time. As a clean effective and low-price energy, Liquefied Natural Gas has already stressed to be developed. Nowadays, importing LNG has been discussed in the concerned department of our country. The first project is to establish a LNG receiving terminal in Shenzhen, and the annual volume is 300mt/a, and the project will expand to 600mt/a some years later. After that another two LNG receiving terminals will be established in Huadong and Fujian. Therefore, how to select the optimal ship type for our contry’s importing LNG transportation will become the important title that many shipping enterprises are facing.This paper analyses the development of LNG seaborne trade of the world and the demand of our country to import LNG, construe the LNG fleet and the tendency of the ship type, elaborate the special requirement of LNG transportation against the port. Based on the content mentioned above, a series schemes of ship type to be demonstrated are put forward and some mathematics models that is necessary for the evaluation are built and the theories and steps are given. In this paper, software for the LNG shiptype evaluation system is developed applying the language of Visual Basic. After getting the results, we go further study on different main-engine and make the sensitive analyses. So, the optimal ship type and the type of main-engine are put forward. In the final to this paper, the capacities of LNG shipyard of the world and the principle to select the shipyard are given. I hope the theories and the results of LNG ship type evaluation will be instructive for the shipping enterprises that is trying to participate in our country’s importing LNG item.更多还原
