船舶维修决策支持系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 船舶维修保养是船舶技术管理中不可缺少的重要组成部分,是船舶安全运营和高营运率的保障。 本文从如何合理安排船舶维修保养工作,提高船舶技术管理质量这一目的出发,应用面向对象的思想和可视化设计方法,介绍船舶维修决策支持系统的设计与实现。首先通过分析船舶设备管理的历史与现状,论述了建立以针对性维修为管理模式的船舶维修决策支持系统的必要性及可行性;然后设计了该系统的总体框架,并详细阐述了其模型系统的可视化设计与数据仓库系统的设计;最后,给出了系统的实现。 本文力求推进航运企业船舶技术管理理论的进一步发展,推动船舶技术管理的信息化和系统化。

【Abstract】 Shipping Maintenance is the indispensable part in the shipping technology management to guarantee the safety of ships and the high efficiency of shipping.For the purpose of planning effectively shipping maintenance and raising the quality of ship technology management, this dissertation studies the design and implementation of Shipping Maintenance DSS (SMDSS) with object oriented ideology and visualization method. Firstly, by analyzing the histories and actualities of shipping equipment management this article reviews the necessity and feasibility of SMDSS based on pertinence maintenance. Secondly, the general design of SMDSS is recommended and Model Visualization technology is addressed in studying model management and Data Warehouse-Based management methods are used to manage database. Finally, the implementation of SMDSS is presented.This dissertation is to further the theories of ship technology management and informationization and systematization of shipping enterprises.
