中国小企业的发展及其对策研究

【摘要】 小企业是我国国民经济的重要组成部分，在国家经济生活中占据着极其重要的地位。当前我国经济正处于经济周期的低谷，经济萧条，有效需求不足。在大中型企业改制短期内难有发展的情况下，小企业的发展就上升为增加就业、促进经济增长和社会稳定的关键所在。 本文首先（即第二章）根据国际上对小企业的划分标准，指出国际上划分小企业的特点，并进一步指出我国在对小企业界定上存在的不足，进而提出本文的划分标准。然后介绍了发展我国小企业所具有的现实意义。接着本文第三部分根据我国第三次工业普查和相关统计年鉴提供的数据，对我国小企业现状和结构作了分析，主要从总量、结构、规模、效益等四个方面对我国小企业进行详细分析，指出小企业在我国国民经济中的重要地位和现阶段的基本特征。虽然改革开放以来，我国小企业得到了迅猛发展，但同时也面临着一系列的问题，因此本文第四部分对我国小企业发展过程中面临的问题进行分析，提出缺乏资金支持是制约其发展的主要原因，此外，小企业自身的原因以及外部宏观环境的影响也不容忽视。最后，提出了发展我国小企业的思路、政策目标及建议措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 CSE(Chinese Small Enterprise) is the important part of Chinese national economy, and has great position in it. Presently, the Chinese economy is being in low level in economy cycle, facing depression and insufficient demand. Under the condition that the reorganization of big &medium enteWrise, they are hard to progress in short time, the development of CES goes up to be the crux in raising employment, accelerating economic growth and keeping social stability. Firstly, this paper points out its characteristics according to the international division criteria on Small Enterprise , and puts forwards to the division criteria of CSE . Then expounds the immediate significance of developing CSE. Thirdly, on the basis of the third national industry survey and other pertinent data in yearbooks, the third part of the paper analyzes the status quo and the structure of CSE in detail, emphasizing on total quantity, structure, scale and benefit etc, presents the important position of CSE in national economy and its basic characteristic in current stage. Since the opening reform, CES is getting rapid progress, however, there appears a series of problems. Thus, the fourth part of the paper explores these issues, indicates that wanting in capital support is the main obstacle restricting the development of CSE.. Moreover its own reason of CSE and external macroenvironinent factors must be pay attention to. The paper suggests the train of thought, policy objective and countermeasures in fifth part.更多还原
