近海导管架平台的选型模糊优化

【摘要】 导管架平台作为我国海上石油开发和生产最常用的结构型式,目前对其进行的选型优化工作还处于起步阶段。为此,本文提出基于平台的结构自重、强度可靠度和刚度三个目标的导管架平台选型模糊优化模型,在结构分析软件SAP93和优化算法软件OPB—1的支持下,对BZ28—1生产平台和SZ36—1中心平台从四种常用平台型式中进行了选型优化。优化结果显示了四桩腿型式在小型平台设计中的优势,同时指出了荷载与平台主要构件的决定关系。

【Abstract】 As the most common structure of offshore oil exploiting and producing in our country, jacket platform抯 optimum lectotype is still on the preliminary stage. For this, a fuzzy optimum lectotype model based on three objects which are structure weight, strength reliability and stiffness index is presented. With the help of structure analysis software SAP93 and optimum algorithm software OPB-1, lectotype optimum of BZ28-1 product platform and SZ36-1 center platform is made from four common platform styles. The optimum result shows the predominance of four-leg style in minitype platforms and as well indicates the relationship between the load and the main components of the platform.
