大型液压伺服静动三轴仪控制与数据采集系统

【摘要】 本文简要介绍了大型液压伺服静动三轴仪的工作原理,从硬件与软件上阐述了系统组成与功能实现。具体介绍三部分: (1)根据系统要求与反馈控制转换的原理,设计反馈控 制器。其包括前相通道电路、后相通道电路、相互通 道电路、CPU系统的扩展及相应软件。 (2)分析伺服放大器电路、荷载放大器电路及其工作原 理。 (3)在一般实验过程的基础上,形成软件设计思想。软 件分参数标定、单轴加载、双轴加载、三轴加载四个 模块,完成控制加载、数据采集、数据处理、上下位 机通信等功能。以三轴实验为例说明其具体实现过 程。并在上述基础上,指出需进一步完善的部分。
【Abstract】 The paper shortly illustrates the principle of servo movement or rest three axises instrument The system composing and function implement are discussed in two sides:hardware and software.It include three parts in the paper: ( 1) The feedback controler was designed,according to the system requirement and feedback control transfer principle.It include front channel circuit, back channel circuit, commutative channel circuit,the extension of CPU system,and relative software,and so on. (2) Analysing the servo amplifier circuit,force amplifier circuit along with its working principle. (3) The software idea are founded on the base of normal experiment.The software is made up of parameterdemarcating,single axis loading,double axises loading,three axises loading.The functions completed by software are loading,data- gathering,data-handling,communication between the computer and singlechip.The software example illustrated in the paper is three axises loading. At last,some parts that should be improved are pointed out.
