新型分离技术研究——铁磁性无机离子吸附剂去除放射性废液中的~(137)Cs

【摘要】 本实验制备了铁磁性无机离子吸附剂,研究了各种因素(阳离子、阴离子pH值、颗粒度等)对其吸附性能的影响,取得了铁磁性无机离子吸附剂对PWR、BWR模拟核电站放射性废液和中国原子能科学研究院放射性废液的吸附试验结果。本研究取得了如下结果: 1.配制成了铁磁性无机离子吸附剂,其组成为无机离子吸附剂:Fe3O4:腈纶=5:0.6 :o.53(重量比)。 2.铁磁性无机离子吸附剂分离速度快,5ml离心管内,用磁分离方法, 10秒钟可实现固液分离。 3.铁磁性无机离子吸附剂有很强的机械强度,抗高温(100℃)性能好,并且具有很好的动力学性能,很高的选择吸附性能。 4.亚铁氰化锅型铁磁性无机离子吸附剂吸附容量为 0.5meq/g,pH从 1.0增大到 9.70时,Kd从12.3×1O4ml/g降到2.91×104ml/g : Na+浓度从 10-5M增大到1M时,Kd从105ml/g降到104ml/g; Ca》浓度从 10”M到增大 0* 时,K。从 0.44X 10’ml/g增大到 2.82X 10’m屿; AI打浓度从 10-‘M增大到 0J M时,Kd从门.lxlo‘ml哈降到 1.8 8 XIO‘ml/g; PO。’”浓度从3xlo”‘M增大至0.3M时,K。从2.17xlo’ml/g降至ul*7xlo’ml/g; EDTA $度从 10”’M增大到 0刀3M时,K。从 0.sxlohl哈增大口 l.8 XIO‘ml/g。 EDTA浓度从0刀3M增大时,K。急剧下降。 5.亚铁氰化锅型铁磁性无机离子吸附剂处理模拟PWR放射性废液时,20分钟达到吸附平衡,K厂1.40X 10‘mllg。 磷铂酸铰型铁磁性无机离子吸附剂处理模拟PWR放射性废液时,30分钟达到吸附平衡,K广3.50X 10’ml哈。 6.亚铁氰化镐型铁磁性无机离子吸附剂处理模拟 B WR放射性放性废液时,160分钟达到平衡,K广600ml伦。 磷钥酸镣型铁磁性无机离子吸附剂处理模拟BWR放射性废液时,40分钟达到吸附平衡,K广1.40X 10’ml伦。 7.天然沸石、天然矿石粉混合物、铁磁性无机离子吸附剂处理中国原子能院放射性废液时,K广600-800m吨。 8.颗粒度对铁磁性无机吸附剂的吸附性能无明显影响。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the preparation of ferromagnetic compositeinorganic sorption material [FCISM] has been studied. The influenceof various parameters such as the sizes of FCISM particles and anions& cautions from waste water on the sorption property of FCISM hasbeen investigated. The tests of real waste water from CIAE andsimulated radioactive wastewater from PWR and BWR with FCISMhave been conducted. It can be concluded as follow:l. FCISM has been successfully made and its composition isinorganic sorption material: Fe3O4: polyacrylonitrile=5: 0.6: 0.53(Wt).2. The separation of FCISM from water is fast. FCISM in a 5mltube can be removed from water completely within 10 second.3. FCISM has high mechanical strength, excellent dynamic property,high selectve sorption property and good heat resisting property.4. The sorption capacity of FCISM containing Cd2 [Fe(CN)6] is0.5meq/g.The parameters of this FCISM are as below:When pH changes from l.0 to 9.70, Kd change froml 2.3 × l04ml/g to 2.9l × l04ml/g.When the concentration of Na+ changes from l0-5M to lM, Kdfrom l05ml/g to l04ml/g. hn Ca2+ oncentalon nrases rom 10“M to 0.IM,Kd Iom0.44x 05ml/g to 2.82 XI 05ml/g. henAl‘”c。"boon。asesfromlo”’Mtoo.IM,民rom13.lxlo‘Im/g to.88ml/g.IWhen PO。’”concentalon changes from 3 X 10“‘M to 0.3M,Kdfrom 2.17xl0’ml/g to*7 XIO’ml/g.
