【摘要】 研究目的：基于要素回流视角，深入研究农村劳动力回流对农户耕地撂荒的影响，为提高耕地利用效率与保障粮食安全提供理论参考。研究方法：利用黄河流域中上游地区1 969份农户数据，运用OLS、中介效应与门槛效应模型，实证分析农村劳动力回流对农户耕地撂荒的影响及作用机制。研究结果：(1)农村劳动力回流能够减少农户耕地显性和隐性撂荒；(2)异质性分析发现，农村劳动力回流对年龄较低的高人力资本、数字金融使用程度较高与山地丘陵地区农户耕地撂荒的负向影响更为显著；(3)机制检验表明，农村劳动力回流通过提升农业机械化水平、提高村庄集体行动能力，进而降低农户耕地撂荒行为；(4)进一步分析发现，农村劳动力回流对农户耕地显性和隐性撂荒的影响存在门槛效应，当非农收入低于门槛值时，显著抑制了耕地显性和隐性撂荒，当跨越门槛值后，对耕地显性和隐性撂荒的影响不显著。研究结论：农村劳动力回流能够抑制农户耕地撂荒，应该建立劳动力回流激励机制，实施差异化扶持策略，强化村庄集体行动能力以及提高种粮政策支持力度，最终实现耕地撂荒的防范与治理。更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of rural labor mobility on farmers’ cultivated land abandonment from the perspective of factor return,to provide a theoretical reference for improving the efficiency of cultivated land use and ensuring food security.The research methods are as follows.Based on the data of 1969 farmers in the middle and upper reaches of the Yellow River Basin,OLS,mediating effect and threshold effect models were used to empirically analyze the impact of rural labor return on farmers’ cultivated land abandonment and its mechanism.The research results show that:1) the return of rural labor force can reduce the explicit and implicit abandonment of farmland.2) Heterogeneity analysis shows that the negative impact of rural labor return on cultivated land abandonment is more pronounced among younger farmers with high human capital and high level of digital finance adoption in mountainous and hilly areas.3) The mechanism test shows that the return of rural labor force reduces the abandonment of cultivated land by improving the level of agricultural mechanization and improving the collective action ability of villages.4) Further analysis shows that there is a threshold effect on the impact of rural labor return on farmers’ explicit and implicit abandonment of cultivated land.When the non-agricultural income is lower than the threshold value,it significantly inhibits the explicit and implicit abandonment of cultivated land.When the threshold is crossed,the impact on the explicit and implicit abandonment of cultivated land is not significant.It is concluded that the return of rural labor force can inhibit the abandonment of farmland.Therefore,it is necessary to establish an incentive mechanism for labor return,implement differentiated support strategies,strengthen the collective action ability of villages,and improve the support of grain planting policies,so as to ultimately realize the prevention and control of cultivated land abandonment.更多还原
