Research progress on changes in host signaling pathways caused by classical swine fever virus infection
【Abstract】 Classical swine fever virus(CSFV) is the causative agent of classical swine fever(CSF).The disease has a serious impact on the pig industry.Infected pigs can have serious clinical symptoms or even die, which significantly reduces the survival rate, growth performance, and economic benefits of pigs.In-depth analysis of the pathogenic mechanism of CSFV is the key basis for effective prevention and control of the disease. In recent years, there have been increasing studies on changes in host signaling pathways after CSFV infection, which provide a new perspective for revealing its pathogenic mechanism. This article aims to review the changes in host signaling pathways induced by CSFV infection and to explore the role of these changes in the pathogenesis of the virus. This review not only helps to deepen the understanding of the interaction mechanism between CSFV and its host, but also may provide an important theoretical basis for improving CSF prevention and control strategies and antiviral research.
