【摘要】 目的：探讨CBL联合Mini-CEX考核模式在超声住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法：将52名住院医师随机分为两组，试验组(n=26)在培训过程中采用CBL联合Mini-CEX考核模式，对照组采用传统教学模式，培训前后两组均接受理论、操作及Mini-CEX测评。结果：培训结束后试验组理论、操作及Mini-CEX测评成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：CBL联合Mini-CEX考核教学模式有效提高了教学质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the application effect of CBL(Case-Based Learning) combined with Mini-CEX(Mini Clinical Evaluation Exercise) assessment in ultrasound resident standardized training.Methods: A total of 52 residents were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group(n=26) received teaching using the CBL combined with Mini-CEX assessment model, while the control group received traditional teaching methods.Both groups underwent theoretical examinations, practical skills assessments, and Mini-CEX evaluations before and after the training.Results: After the training, The experimental group scored significantly higher than the control group in theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and Mini-CEX evaluation(P<0.05).Conclusion: The CBL combined with Mini-CEX assessment teaching model effectively improves the quality of education.更多还原
