【摘要】 目的 全面评估医学院校博士研究生（以下简称博士生）科研创新能力现状。方法 采用问卷调查法对362名博士生进行调查。结果 58.29%的博士生读博以来参加过省部级及以上科研项目，94.48%的读研期间发表过1篇以上科研论文，57.73%的表示自己发自内心喜欢科学研究，97.51%的认为导师思维的活跃程度、知识的深度与广度、指导的启发性有助于科研创新能力的培养；男博士生科研创新能力强于女博士生（P<0.01）；参加过省部级及以上科研项目的博士生科研创新能力更强（P=0.02）。结论 高校应鼓励博士生参与高水平的科研项目，导师应采用启发性的指导方式，激发博士生科研兴趣，进一步提升博士生原始科研创新能力及人才培养质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To comprehensively evaluate the status of doctoral students′ scientific research and innovation capabilities in medical universities(hereinafter referred to as doctoral students).Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 362 doctoral students.Results Since pursuing their doctorate,58.29% of the doctoral students have participated in provincial-level or above scientific research projects,94.48% have published more than one scientific research paper during their postgraduate studies,57.73%stated that they truly love scientific research with their hearts,97.51% believed that the supervisor′ s active thinking,depth and breadth of knowledge,and inspiring guidance are conducive to their cultivation of scientific research and innovation capabilities.Male doctoral students had stronger scientific research and innovation capabilities than the female(P<0.01),doctoral students who had participated in provincial-level or above scientific research projects showed stronger scientific research and innovation capabilities(P=0.02).Conclusion Universities should encourage doctoral students to participate in high-level scientific research projects,and supervisors should adopt inspiring guidance methods to stimulate doctoral students′ interest in scientific research,thereby further improving their original scientific research and innovation capabilities and the quality of talent training.更多还原
