【摘要】 在新医科背景下，课程思政成为高等教育体系中不可或缺的重要部分，医学知识的快速更新与医学决策的复杂化对医学教育提出了新的培养要求。循证医学作为指导临床实践的重要理念和培养现代复合型医学人才的重要途径，其课程思政建设尤为关键。循证医学课程思政建设对落实立德树人根本任务、促进医学生全面发展和推动医学教育改革具有重要价值。但当前循证医学课程教学过程中面临的思政元素与专业内容融入不足、教师课程思政建设意识与能力存在短板、学生主体认知内化动力欠缺等现实困境。通过深入挖掘循证医学课程思政元素，建议从课程思政的有机融合、提高教师的思想政治站位、建立全方位的课程思政评价、反馈和激励体系等方面进一步完善循证医学课程思政建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the context of New Medical Education development, ideological and political education in the curriculum has become an indispensable component of higher education systems. The rapid advancement of medical knowledge and the increasing complexity of medical decision-making have posed new demands on medical education. As an important guiding philosophy for clinical practice and a key pathway for cultivating modern, well-rounded medical professionals, evidence-based medicine(EBM) plays a particularly critical role in curriculum-based ideological and political education. Firstly, this study elaborated on the significant values of ideological-political education in EBM courses for implementing moral education and talent development, promoting comprehensive growth of medical students, and advancing medical education reform. Secondly, it analyzed practical challenges, including insufficient integration of ideological-political elements with professional content, deficiencies in teachers’ awareness and capabilities for curriculum ideological-political construction, and students’ inadequate internalization motivation regarding ideological-political cognition. Finally, the paper deeply excavated ideological-political elements inherent in EBM, and proposed development strategies from multiple perspectives: organic integration of curriculum ideology with professional teaching, enhancement of teachers’ ideological-political literacy, and establishment of a comprehensive evaluation-feedback-incentive system for curriculum-based ideological-political education.更多还原
