【摘要】 在全球科技革命浪潮下，以信息技术、人工智能、生物技术等为代表的新质生产力，正深刻重塑生物医药产业格局，对高层次药学人才培养提出全新要求。以中国药科大学(以下简称药大)为案例，本研究通过大规模问卷调查与深度访谈，系统剖析当前药学研究生培养在科研内驱力、使命担当、社会服务、产教融合等方面存在的现实困境。基于调研结果，本文提出新质生产力背景下的药学研究生培养需实现目标升级、课程优化、协同深化、视野拓展及评价改革五大转向，并构建了涵盖价值引领、交叉融合、多元协同、智能赋能、国际拓展与分类评价的“六维”实践路径体系，以期为我国药学领域高层次创新人才培养提供理论参照与实践范式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the wave of the global technological revolution, new quality productive forces represented by information technology, artificial intelligence, and biotechnology are profoundly reshaping the biopharmaceutical industry, setting new demands for the cultivation of high-level pharmaceutical talents.Taking China Pharmaceutical University as a case study, this research systematically analyzes the current challenges in the graduate training of pharmaceutical students in aspects such as research motivation, sense of mission, social service, and industry-education integration, through large-scale surveys and in-depth interviews.Based on the research findings, this paper proposes five key shifts for optimizing pharmaceutical graduate education in the context of new productive forces: goal upgrading, curriculum optimization, collaborative deepening, vision expansion, and evaluation reform.Furthermore, a “six-dimensional” practical path system is proposed, which includes value guidance, interdisciplinary integration, multi-dimensional collaboration, intelligent empowerment, international expansion, and differentiated evaluation.This system aims to provide theoretical references and practical paradigms for the cultivation of high-level innovative talents in the pharmaceutical field in China.更多还原
