【摘要】 目的 探讨临床医学专业型硕士研究生培养与住院医师规范化培训衔接过程中亟待改进问题并提出可行性建议。方法 对毕业于广西医科大学附属肿瘤医院119名专业型硕士研究生开展问卷调查，收集调查对象对培养过程评价情况及住院医师规范化培训对个人的影响等数据，并进行分析。结果 研究表明调查对象对带教老师、教学内容、教学方法、教学效果满意度均达95%以上，并一致认为住院医师规范化培训有助于个人能力提升。同时78.16%调查对象认为临床学习耗费大量时间和精力，导致参与科研学习和训练不足，存在“重临床、轻科研”现象。结论 结合研究生学位特点做好顶层规划、加强教材建设与优化课程设置、加强导师队伍建设和强化思想引领等方面进行调整，有助于克服“重临床、轻科研”现象，将有望进一步提升医学领域高层次人才培养质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the urgent issues needing improvement in the integration process between clinical medicine professional master’s degree cultivation and standardized residency training, and propose feasible suggestions. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 119 professional master’s graduates who graduated from the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Guangxi Medical University. Data such as the evaluation of the training process by the respondents and the impact of standardized residency training on personal development were collected and analyzed. Results The study revealed that over 95% of respondents expressed satisfaction with the instructors, teaching content, teaching methods and teaching effectiveness. All participants unanimously agreed that standardized resident training contributed to personal competency enhancement. However, 78.16% of respondents indicated that extensive time and effort devoted to clinical learning resulted in insufficient engagement in scientific research training, reflecting a phenomenon of“emphasizing clinical practice over research”. Conclusions Comprehensive adjustments involving top-level planning aligned with degree characteristics, strengthening teaching material development and curriculum optimization, enhancing faculty team construction, and Strengthen ideological guidance for postgraduate students could help overcome the“clinical-practice-dominated”tendency.
