【摘要】 目的：探讨天麻双藤合剂联合静脉溶栓桥接动脉取栓治疗对风阳上扰型缺血性卒中（IS）患者的临床疗效。方法：选取2022年7月至2024年9月河南中医药大学附属驻马店市中医院收治的98例风阳上扰型IS患者，按随机数字表法分为研究组（n=49）和对照组（n=49）。对照组采用静脉溶栓桥接动脉取栓治疗，研究组在对照组治疗方法基础上联合天麻双藤合剂治疗。比较两组临床疗效、神经功能恢复情况及预后。结果：治疗后，研究组总有效率高于对照组（P<0.05），美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表（NIHSS）评分和改良Rankin量表（m RS）评分均低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：天麻双藤合剂联合静脉溶栓桥接动脉取栓治疗可提高风阳上扰型IS患者临床疗效，改善神经功能及预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Tianma Shuangteng Mixture combined with intravenous thrombolysis bridging arterial thrombectomy in patients with ischemic stroke(IS) of the Wind-Yang harassing upward pattern. Methods: Ninety-eight IS patients with the Wind-Yang harassing upward pattern admitted to Zhumadian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Henan University of Chinese Medicine from July 2022 to September 2024 were selected and divided into a study group(n=49) and a control group(n=49) according to a random number table. The control group received intravenous thrombolysis bridging arterial thrombectomy, while the study group received Tianma Shuangteng Mixture in addition to the treatment given to the control group. The clinical efficacy, neurological recovery, and prognosis were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05), and the scores of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) and the modified Rankin Scale(mRS) in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Tianma Shuangteng Mixture combined with intravenous thrombolysis bridging arterial thrombectomy can improve the clinical efficacy, neurological function, and prognosis of IS patients with the Wind-Yang harassing upward pattern.更多还原
