【摘要】 青年教师是高等院校师资队伍的中坚力量，其综合素质与发展潜力直接关乎高校的高质量发展。本文以应用型本科院校畜牧兽医专业为视角，深入剖析了青年教师队伍建设的现实需求、面临的主要困境，并据此提出系统性策略。研究认为，当前建设需求源于畜牧业现代化转型的行业驱动、农业院校内涵发展的办学需要、青年教师自身职业成长的内在诉求以及学生全面发展的培养要求。然而，现实困境体现在行业对接机制缺位、支持保障体系不完善、“双师型”教师培养滞后以及教师自身能力和心态存在短板等方面。为此，应构建多元协同的建设路径，通过强化党建引领与思想建设、全面推行青年教师导师制、构建“双师型”教师培育与认证体系等举措，旨在打造一支既能胜任教学科研，又能服务产业需求的畜牧兽医专业青年师资队伍，为我国从畜牧大国向畜牧强国迈进提供坚实的人才支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 Young teachers are the backbone of the teaching staff in institutions of higher learning, and their overall quality and development potential are directly related to the high-quality development of universities.From the perspective of the animal husbandry and veterinary medicine major in agricultural colleges and universities, this paper deeply analyzes the practical demands for the construction of the young teachers team and the main dilemmas encountered, and puts forward systematic strategies accordingly.The study holds that the current construction demands stem from the industrial drive of the modernization transformation of the animal husbandry industry, the school-running needs of the connotative development of agricultural colleges and universities, the internal demands of young teachers’ own professional growth, and the training requirements for students’ all-round development.However, the practical dilemmas are reflected in the absence of industry connection mechanisms, the imperfection of support and guarantee systems, the lag in the cultivation of “double-qualified” teachers, and the shortcomings in teachers’ own capabilities and mindsets.Therefore, a diversified and coordinated construction path should be established.By strengthening the leadership of the Communist Party of China and ideological construction,fully implementing the tutorial system for young teachers,and building a cultivation and certification system for “double-qualified” teachers,the aim is to build a team of young teachers specialized in animal husbandry and veterinary medicine who are not only competent in teaching and scientific research but also able to meet the needs of the industry,so as to provide solid talent support for China’s transition from a large animal husbandry country to a powerful one.更多还原
