白蜡良种选育与繁育技术研究进展

【摘要】 白蜡兼具盐碱地修复、城市绿化和优质用材等多重价值,在极端气候频发与造林立地条件日益恶化背景下,其良种选育与高效繁育技术对产业发展与生态应用具有重要作用。本文系统梳理白蜡良种资源概况、选育及繁育技术体系的研究进展,阐述种质资源收集评价、多元育种等选育技术的发展现状,列举有性和无性繁殖技术案例。在此基础上,剖析当前研究存在的问题,并对白蜡多技术融合育种、高效系统繁育等未来发展方向进行展望,为白蜡种质资源创新利用、良种产业化推广及林业高质量发展提供参考。

【Abstract】 Fraxinus possesses multiple values including saline-alkali land remediation,urban greening,and high-quality timber production.Against the background of increasingly frequent extreme climates and deteriorating afforestation site conditions,elite variety breeding and efficient propagation technologies play a vital role in its industrial development and ecological application.This paper systematically reviews the research progress in the resource overview,breeding,and propagation technology systems of elite Fraxinus varieties,summarizes the current status of germplasm collection and evaluation,multi-dimensional breeding and other improvement technologies,and lists cases of sexual and asexual propagation.On this basis,the existing problems in current research are analyzed,and future development directions such as multi-technology integrated breeding and efficient systematic propagation are prospected. This review aims to provide a reference for the innovative utilization of Fraxinus germplasm resources,the industrial popularization of elite varieties,and the high-quality development of forestry.
