【摘要】 为解决高校实验室安全管理面临的制度与管理难题，切实提升管理效能，依靠技术创新与制度创新，结合业务管理与信息管理双重视角，构建了涵盖学校、院系、单元实体实验室及实验室房间的4级管理体系。通过设计数据赋能的整体路线，搭建高校实验室安全管理数据要素框架，从管理体系、实验室场所和实验室安全活动3个方面4级维度实现了实验室安全管理的数字化描述，实践了基于物联网的安全管理数据平台，信息互联推动了隐患整改，数据动态应用支持了实验室安全分类分级管理，切实提升实验室安全管理能力，为数据赋能高校实验室安全管理提供参考和借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to solve the institutional dilemmas and management problems faced by laboratory safety management in colleges and universities,and effectively improve management efficiency,a four-level management system for school,department,unit entity laboratory and laboratory room is constructed by relying on technological innovation and system innovation,combined with the dual perspectives of business management and information management. The overall route of data empowered laboratory safety management is designed. The framework of university laboratory safety management data elements is built,and the digital description of laboratory safety management is realized from the four dimensions of management system,laboratory site and laboratory safety activities,and the security management data platform based on the Internet of Things. It realizes information linkage to promote hidden danger rectification and data dynamic application to support laboratory safety classification and classification management. It also effectively improves the ability of laboratory safety management,and provides reference for safety management of laboratories in data-enabled universities.更多还原
