【摘要】 基于某地方院校小学教育专业办学经验的总结，本文提出了“4356”全程教育实践模式。该模式既顺应教师职业属性要求，又可缓解教育现实问题。该模式在时间上贯穿大学4年，感知阶段、认知阶段、内化阶段逐步递进；在内容上包括全程教育见习、课内外练习、教育实习、假期教育见习、教育研习；在广度上覆盖教学设计技能、课堂讲授技能、班级管理技能、书写技能、课件制作技能、研究统计技能6项教学技能。“4356”全程教育实践模式的全程性、交互性和全面性为师范生预期社会化提供了“量”“质”“度”的保障，助力师范生成长为合格的基础教育从业者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on a summary of the school-running experience of the Primary Education major at a local university, this paper proposes the "4356" full-process education practice model. This model not only conforms to the professional attribute requirements for teachers but also alleviates practical problems in education. Spanning all four academic years of university education in terms of time, the model consists of three progressive stages: the perception stage, the cognition stage, and the internalization stage. In terms of content, it includes five components: full-process educational observation, in-class and after-class practice, educational internship, vacation educational observation,and educational research and study. In terms of coverage, it encompasses six core teaching skills: instructional design,classroom teaching, class management, writing, courseware design and production, and research statistics. With its comprehensiveness throughout the entire process, interactivity and all-round coverage, the "4356" full-process education practice model provides guarantees in terms of quantity, quality and extent for the prospective socialization of normal university students, helping them grow into qualified practitioners in basic education.更多还原
