【摘要】 一流应用型高校由学科建设与专业建设双轮驱动，其内涵建设涵盖发展理念、目标定位、学科体系、师资队伍等核心要素。基于学科专业一体化视角的考察发现，应用型高校建设实践中存在主体责任边界模糊、学科专业融合不深、协同机制尚未建立等问题。应用型高校应树立学科专业一体化理念，构建“雁阵式”学科梯队，完善学科梯队与专业集群、学科团队与教学团队、学科评估与专业认证等多维度的协同耦合工作体系，推进重心下移，构建学校、学院、系部、教师四级联动格局，健全“三分类、三转向、三联动”分类考核评价制度，推动一流应用型高校内涵建设走深走实。更多还原

【Abstract】 First-class application-oriented universities are driven by the dual wheels of discipline and major construction, and their connotation construction covers such core elements as development philosophy, target positioning, disciplinary system, and teaching staff. From the perspective of discipline-major integration, there exist problems in construction practice such as vague boundaries of subject responsibility, insufficient integration of disciplines and majors, and unestablished coordination mechanism. Application-oriented universities should establish the concept of disciplinemajor integration, build a “goose formation” disciplinary echelon, improve the multi-dimensional collaborative coupling working system including disciplinary echelon and major cluster, disciplinary team and teaching team, disciplinary evaluation and professional certification, promote the downward shift of focus, construct a four-level linkage pattern of university-college-department-teacher, perfect the classified assessment and evaluation system of “three classifications, three transformations, and three linkages”, and push forward the in-depth and solid development of connotation construction in first-class application-oriented universities.更多还原
