【摘要】 社会组织嵌入乡村社会治理共同体是党政牵动、治理驱动、精英促动等多方面因素共同作用的结果，具有服务供给、利益协调、文化传承与培育、监督及评估等多方面的功能定位。然而，目前社会组织在嵌入过程中仍面临政策法规不健全、资源获取不稳定、组织自身能力有限、社会认知偏差与信任不足等多层面的现实梗阻。当下推进社会组织有效嵌入乡村社会治理共同体，需要进一步完善制度设计的顶层架构、构建资源支持的立体网络、强化社会组织的能力建设、推进多元主体的协同合作和建立数字赋能的协同平台。更多还原

【Abstract】 The embedding of social organizations into the rural social governance community is the result of many factors such as the influence of the party and government, governance driving, and elite driving, and has many functional positioning such as service supply, interest coordination, cultural inheritance and cultivation, supervision and evaluation. However, at present, social organizations are still faced with many realistic difficulties in the process of embedding, such as imperfect policies and regulations, unstable access to resources, limited organizational capacity, social cognitive bias and insufficient trust.
