响水洞渡槽拱圈平转结构设计及施工控制要点研究

【摘要】 响水洞渡槽工程施工由于受现场地形条件限制,采用非对称平衡转体与支架现浇组合的方案实现拱圈合龙。文章基于该工程实例,分析了拱圈的布置特点,重点研究了拱圈平转结构设计与施工控制要点。工程实践表明,提出的结构设计与施工控制要点切实可行,有效解决了设计与施工中的关键技术难题,为渡槽拱圈的顺利合龙提供了可靠保障。

【Abstract】 Due to the constraints of site topography during the construction of the Xiangshuidong Aqueduct Project, a combined scheme of asymmetric balanced rotation and cast-in-place support was adopted to achieve the closure of the arch ring. Based on this engineering case, this paper analyzes the layout characteristics of the arch ring and focuses on the structural design and key construction control points of the rotation structure. Engineering practice shows that the proposed structural design and construction control points are practical and effective, successfully resolving key technical challenges in design and construction and providing reliable assurance for the smooth closure of the aqueduct arch ring.
