Y2O3∶Eu3+红色荧光粉的制备与发光性能研究
Preparation and Luminescent Properties of Y2O3∶Eu3+ Red Phosphors
【摘要】 采用水热-退火两步工艺制备系列Y2O3∶xEu3+红色荧光粉,并研究Eu3+掺杂不同浓度对晶体结构和发光性能的影响.X射线衍射结果表明,样品均为立方相Y2O3,无杂相生成,Eu3+的引入导致晶格常数增大,表明其成功进入Y2O3晶格;荧光光谱表明,样品于611 nm处呈现最强红光发射,对应于Eu3+的5D0→7F2跃迁,随Eu3+掺杂浓度的增加,发光强度先增强后降低,当Eu3+掺杂摩尔分数为3%时,发射强度达到最大值,继续增加掺杂浓度则引发浓度猝灭现象;CIE色坐标表明,样品色坐标均在红光范围内,3%Eu3+掺杂样品色坐标最接近标准红光(0.64, 0.33),表现出优异的色纯度。
【Abstract】 A series of Y2O3∶xEu3+ red phosphors were prepared via a two-step hydrothermal-annealing method. The influence of Eu3+ doping concentration on their crystal structure and luminescent performance was systematically studied. X-ray diffraction(XRD) results indicate that all samples possess a pure cubic Y2O3 phase without impurity phases, and the increased lattice constant confirms the successful incorporation of Eu3+ into the Y2O3 lattice. Photoluminescence(PL) spectra show that all samples emit the strongest red light at 611 nm, corresponding to the 5D0→7F2 transition of Eu3+. With the increase of Eu3+ doping concentration, the emission intensity first increases and then decreases, reaching the maximum at a molar fraction of 3%, beyond which concentration quenching occurs. CIE chromaticity coordinates show that all samples are in the red light region, and the sample with 3% Eu3+ has chromaticity coordinates closest to the standard red light(0.64, 0.33), showing excellent color purity.
