【摘要】 边境大学作为地处国家边疆地区的教育阵地，承担着立德树人、维护边疆稳定、培育家国情怀的特殊使命。思政课与党的建设工作在育人目标、价值导向和实践路径上具有深层统一性，为二者深度融合提供了理论与现实基础。当前，边境大学高职院校“党建+思政课”协同育人实践中仍存在目标衔接模糊、内容交叉不足、课程体系割裂、资源整合低效等突出问题。聚焦教学体系创新维度，从目标体系协同重构、内容体系深度融合、课程体系立体搭建、资源与平台体系整合优化四个层面切入，系统探索边境大学党建与思政课教学的双向赋能路径，旨在通过体系化创新推动二者形成理念互通、内容互嵌、机制互促的良性互动格局，为高职院校落实立德树人根本任务、强化边疆大学人才培养的针对性与实效性提供理论参考与实践范式。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an educational institution located in the border regions of the country, Border University shoulders the special mission of fostering virtue, maintaining border stability, and nurturing a sense of national and familial responsibility. Ideological and political education and Party-building efforts share profound unity in educational objectives, value orientation, and practical approaches, providing a theoretical and practical foundation for their deep integration. Currently, in the collaborative education practice of "Party-building+Ideological and Political Education" at vocational colleges in border universities, prominent issues persist, such as unclear goal alignment, insufficient content overlap, fragmented curriculum systems, and inefficient resource integration. This paper focuses on the dimension of teaching system innovation, exploring the bidirectional empowerment pathways between Party-building and ideological and political education in border universities from four aspects: coordinated restructuring of the goal system, deep integration of the content system, three-dimensional construction of the curriculum system, and optimized integration of resources and platforms. The aim is to promote a positive interactive pattern where both aspects mutually enhance their concepts, embed their contents, and reinforce their mechanisms through systematic innovation. This study provides theoretical references and practical models for vocational colleges to fulfill the fundamental task of fostering virtue and strengthening the relevance and effectiveness of talent cultivation in border universities.更多还原
