【摘要】 “硅基律师”作为一个弱人工智能,在实务应用中面临着各种风险和挑战。从硅基律师的三个技术特征来看，目前的硅基律师尚不具备法律主体资格。硅基律师在应用中存在人文关怀缺失、归责认定繁杂、执业监督缺位、法律伦理偏离、就业竞争加剧等诸多风险，因此，协调碳硅律师的融合、明晰事故归责的原则、确立硅基执业的监督、规范硅基执业的伦理和改革碳基培养的模式或可纾解硅基律师面临的挑战。更多还原

【Abstract】 The "silicon-based lawyers" as a weak artificial intelligence face various risks and challenges in practical applications. From the three technical features of silicon-based lawyers,they do not currently have legal subject qualifications. The application of silicon-based lawyers gives rise to numerous risks,including the lack of humanistic care,complex liability determination,lack of supervision,deviation from legal ethics,and intensified employment competition. Therefore,coordinating the integration of carbon-based and silicon-based lawyers,clarifying the principles of accidents liability,establishing supervision for silicon-based practice,regulating the ethics of silicon-based practice,and reforming the training model of carbon-based lawyers may alleviate the challenges brought by silicon-based lawyers.更多还原
