新工科背景下产教融合引领的机械设计类课程改革探索

【摘要】 在新工科建设与产业转型升级的双重驱动下,机械设计类课程亟须通过产教深度融合实现教学体系革新。本文针对当前机械设计类课程存在的教学内容滞后于产业需求、实践环节脱离工程实际、评价体系重知识轻能力等问题,提出以产教融合为导向的课程改革思路,从师资队伍、教学内容、课堂模式、思政体系和评价方法五个方面给出了具体的改革实施方案。通过课程改革有效提升学生的工程实践能力、创新思维和职业素养,为培养适应新工科建设要求的机械类复合型人才提供参考。

【Abstract】 Under the dual impetus of emerging engineering education development and industrial transformation and upgrading, mechanical design courses urgently require an overhaul of their teaching systems through deep industry-education integration. This paper addresses current issues in mechanical design courses, such as outdated teaching content that lags behind industry demands, practice platforms disconnected from real-world engineering, and evaluation systems that prioritize knowledge over competence. It proposes a curriculum reform framework centered on industry-education integration and offers specific implementation strategies across five dimensions: faculty development, teaching content, classroom instruction, ideological and political education, and assessment methods. The reform aims to enhance students’ engineering practice capabilities, innovative thinking, and professional competence, providing a reference for cultivating versatile mechanical engineering talent that meets the demands of emerging engineering education.
