【摘要】 教师与学生是教学活动中的两大主体，教师教学动机与学生学习动机之间存在着相互传递机制。基于动机理论及教育领域的相关研究，深入探讨教师动机与学生动机的相互传递机制，发现教师动机与学生动机之间存在直接的传递效应，并通过各自相关变量的中介作用间接地将动机传递给另一方。因此，改善教师及学生的行为表现，重视师生的基本心理需要，同时关注社会文化及地域差异，有助于推动师生之间形成积极的相互作用。此外，我国本土化的师生动机相互作用模型值得研究，有待在后续教育教学实践及相关理论研究中进一步完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Teachers and students are the two main components of teaching activities, there is an interaction mechanism of teacher teaching motivation and student learning motivation which deserves further study. Based on motivation theory and relevant research in the education field, this study analyzed the interaction mechanism of teacher motivation and student motivation. It concluded that there is not only a direct transmission of teacher motivation and student motivation, but also their motivations will be transmitted to the other party through the mediating effect of their own related variables. Therefore, to change the behavior of teachers and students, to pay attention to the basic psychological needs of teachers and students, and to pay attention to the social cultural and regional differences can help to promote the interaction between teacher motivation and student motivation. And in following teaching practice and theoretical research, the domestic interaction model between teacher motivation and student motivation needs to be constantly improved.更多还原
