【摘要】 目的 探索举办耳鼻咽喉住院医师规范化培训临床技能大赛对耳鼻咽喉科住院医师规范化培训（简称“住培”）工作的影响。方法 自2020年在广东省内开展耳鼻咽喉科住院医师临床技能大赛，比赛采用客观结构化临床考试形式，主要包括临床资料采集及临床思维考核、临床结果判读和临床基本技能操作三大板块。通过分析技能比赛结果、耳鼻咽喉科住院医师的考试成绩和对竞赛的满意度，对临床技能大赛进行评价。结果 在住培技能大赛的基础上，广东省顺利实现耳鼻咽喉科住院医师规范化培训统一结业技能考核，结业技能考试成绩明显提高（P<0.000 1）。住院医师、带教老师和住培基地对技能大赛表示满意，满意度评分分别为4.49±0.82、4.39±0.82和4.17±0.99分。结论 通过耳鼻咽喉科住院医师规范化培训临床技能大赛，大大促进了住培结业技能考试的提升和住培工作的同质化，值得在耳鼻喉住院医师规范化培训中推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Exploring the impact of an otolaryngology residency training clinical skills competition on otolaryngology residency training. Methods Clinical Skills Competition for Otolaryngology Residents in Guangdong Province started from 2020. Objective structured clinical examination was used in a clinical skills competition for otolaryngology residents, including three major parts, which are patient care, reading clinical results and clinical skills operation. The clinical skills competition was evaluated by analyzing the results of the skills competition, otolaryngology residents’ examination scores, and satisfaction with the competition. Results The experience from the skills competition was extended to achieve a unified final skills assessment for standardized otolaryngology residency training, and the performance on the final skills examination improved significantly(P<0.0001). Residents, instructors and residency training bases were satisfied with the skills competition, with satisfaction scores of 4.49±0.82, 4.39±0.82 and 4.17±0.99, respectively. Conclusion The otorhinolaryngology residency clinical skills competition promoted standardized residency training. But we still need to improve our skills training and skills testing by creating question banks, publishing standardized training courses, and reducing examiner discrepancies.更多还原
