【摘要】 目的 探讨基于Ebbinghaus遗忘曲线理论的干预在重症监护病房(ICU)轮转护士急救技能培训中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年1月—2025年12月于梅州市人民医院ICU轮转的98名护理人员为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分成试验组和对照组各49名。对照组采用传统式教学法，试验组采用基于Ebbinghaus遗忘曲线理论干预的教学法。比较两组急救技能理论知识考核成绩、急救操作技能考核成绩及对培训满意度。结果 干预前和干预后1 d，两组急救技能理论知识考核各模块成绩和急救操作技能考核成绩比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)；干预后3个月，试验组急救技能理论知识考核各模块成绩及急救操作技能考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后3个月，试验组对人际沟通能力、带教老师业务水平满意度及培训总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于Ebbinghaus遗忘曲线理论的干预在ICU轮转护士急救技能培训中应用能提高轮转护士急救技能理论知识考核成绩、急救操作技能考核成绩及对培训满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of intervention based on Ebbinghaus forgetting curve theory in the first aid skills training of rotating nurses in intensive care unit(ICU). Methods A total of 98 nursing staff who rotated in ICU of Meizhou People’s Hospital from January 2023 to December 2025 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method, with 49 cases in each group. The control group adopted the traditional teaching method, and the experimental group adopted the teaching method based on Ebbinghaus forgetting curve theory intervention. The scores of first aid skills theoretical knowledge assessment, first aid operation skills assessment and training satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Before and 1 day after intervention, there was no significant difference in the scores of each module of first aid skills theoretical knowledge assessment and first aid operation skills assessment between the two groups(P > 0.05). At 3 months after the intervention, the scores of each module of the first aid skill theoretical knowledge assessment and the first aid operation skill assessment in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05). At 3 months after the intervention, the experimental group had higher satisfaction with interpersonal communication ability, professional level of teachers and total training satisfaction than the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusions The application of intervention based on Ebbinghaus forgetting curve theory in the training of first aid skills of ICU rotating nurses can improve the scores of first aid skills theoretical knowledge assessment, first aid operation skills assessment and training satisfaction of rotating nurses.更多还原
