【摘要】 在数智化快速发展的背景下，卫生健康行业的信息运行方式正发生深刻而系统的变革。从信息结构视角出发，对数智化时代卫生健康行业信息结构的演变进行理论分析，重点探讨数智化嵌入如何通过重塑信息的生产方式、流动结构、解释权配置与责任归属，影响卫生健康治理的运行逻辑。研究认为，数智化并非仅在技术层面提升信息处理效率，而是推动信息由依附个体经验和组织边界的隐性资源，转变为以数据、算法和平台为载体的结构性要素。这一转变重构了专业人员与管理者的决策环境，改变了信息在不同治理主体之间的分配方式，进而对权力配置、责任界定和行为激励机制产生深远影响。信息结构不再是数智化转型中的技术附属问题，而成为理解数智化卫生健康治理成效、不确定性及潜在风险的关键分析维度。文章构建了数智化背景下卫生健康行业信息结构演变的理论分析框架，为后续围绕组织行为、治理绩效及制度设计的实证研究提供了重要的理论基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Against the background of rapid digital and intelligent transformation,the information system of the health sector is undergoing profound and systematic changes.From the perspective of information structure,this study provides a theoretical analysis of how information structures evolve in the health sector in the digital era,focusing on how digital embedding reshapes information production,information flows,interpretive authority,and responsibility allocation,thereby influencing the logic of health governance.The study argues that digitalization does not merely improve information processing efficiency at the technical level,but fundamentally transforms information from an implicit resource embedded in individual experience and organizational boundaries into a structural element carried by data,algorithms,and platforms.This transformation reconstructs the decision-making environment of professionals and managers,alters the distribution of information among governance actors,and reshapes power relations,responsibility attribution,and behavioral incentives.Information structure therefore becomes a key analytical dimension for understanding the effectiveness,uncertainty,and potential risks of digital health governance.This study develops a theoretical framework for analyzing information structure evolution in the digital health sector and provides a foundation for future empirical research on organizational behavior,governance performance,and institutional design.更多还原
