【摘要】 在基层公共服务治理中，如何动员居民从服务接受者转变为合作生产者，是提升公共服务回应性与可持续性的关键。以社区托育服务为场景，通过一项在线调查实验考察政策叙事对居民合作生产意愿的影响及其机制。研究发现：政策叙事能够显著提升居民合作生产意愿，其中理性叙事的动员效果优于情感叙事，利他取向角色较利己取向角色更能激发公众参与。机制分析表明，政治效能感与叙事沉浸是政策叙事发挥作用的两条重要路径。研究拓展了合作生产的动员解释框架，表明在人口再生产相关公共服务领域，兼具问题解释与公共价值呈现的政策叙事更有利于激发公众参与。更多还原

【Abstract】 Mobilizing residents from service recipients to co-producers is essential for enhancing the responsiveness and sustainability of public services at the grassroots level.Using community childcare services as the empirical context,this study employs an online survey experiment to examine the effects of policy narratives on residents’ willingness to engage in co-production and the underlying mechanisms.The results show that policy narratives significantly increase residents’ willingness to participate in co-production.Rational narratives generate stronger mobilization effects than emotional narratives,while altruistic role orientations are more effective than self-oriented ones in encouraging public participation.Mechanism analyses reveal that political efficacy and narrative immersion constitute two important pathways through which policy narratives influence co-production willingness.This study extends the mobilization-based explanatory framework of co-production and suggests that,in public services related to population reproduction,policy narratives that combine problem explanation with the communication of public value are more effective in stimulating citizen participation.更多还原
