产教融合视域下公共管理类一流本科专业建设的困境与突破

【摘要】 党的二十大报告进一步明确产教融合作为高等教育办学的指导思想，在新文科建设的时代背景下如何将产教融合思想贯穿落实到公共管理学科一流专业建设的探索实践中，培养更多满足社会经济发展新形势新要求的专业人才，既有理论意义又满足实践需要。该文分析公共管理学科的学科属性特点、学生职业规划目标选择，以及由此造成产教融合思想融入该学科一流专业建设的现实困难与主要原因。在此基础上，该文提出依托二级学科走专业特色发展道路、引导学生树立多元发展目标、加强学生创新创业教育、加大实践实训平台建设的一流本科专业建设模式选择，以期为公共管理学科一流本科专业高质量发展提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China further establishes industry-education integration as a guiding principle for the development of higher education. Within the broader context of the New Liberal Arts initiative, how to systematically embed this principle into the development of first-class undergraduate programs in public administration has become both a theoretically significant issue and a pressing practical concern. Doing so is essential for cultivating professional talent capable of meeting the evolving demands of socioeconomic development. This paper examines the disciplinary characteristics of public administration, students’ patterns of career planning and choice, and the resulting constraints that hinder the effective incorporation of industry-education integration into the construction of first-class programs in this field.It further analyzes the underlying causes of these difficulties. On this basis, the paper proposes a set of strategic approaches and development models, including pursuing distinctive professional development anchored in sub-disciplines, guiding students toward diversified career trajectories, strengthening innovation and entrepreneurship education, and expanding and upgrading practice-and training-oriented platforms. The study aims to provide practical insights and reference points for promoting the high-quality development of first-class undergraduate programs in public administration.更多还原
