基于“四链融合”模式的教学设计与实践探究——以油脂工程专业英语课程为例

【摘要】 油脂工程专业英语课程是河南工业大学粮油食品学院食品科学与工程专业油脂工程方向的一门专业必修课程。课程教研组基于“四链融合”模式，围绕油脂工程专业英语课程教学与实践，将学科知识链、技能训练链、创新能力链和产业应用链相互融合，为学生搭建一个系统全面的学习平台，有效提升学生的专业知识水平、英语应用能力、创新思维和产业应用能力。“四链融合”模式在油脂工程专业英语课程教学设计与实践探究中，为该课程的建设提供一个全面、系统的教学框架，为培养适应国际化发展的高素质油脂工程专业人才奠定基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Professional English for Grease Engineering is a compulsory course for the students of Food Science and Engineering majoring in Grease Engineering from College of Food Science and Engineering in Henan University and Technology.Based on the four-chain integration teaching model, our teaching and research group have tried to integrate the chains of disciplinary knowledge, skill training, innovation ability and industrial application, and built a systematic and comprehensive learning platform for the students, which effectively enhances the students’ professional knowledge level, English application ability, innovation thinking and industrial application ability. Thus, in the teaching design and practice of Professional English for Grease Engineering, the four-chain integration teaching model provides a comprehensive and systematic teaching framework for the construction of this course, and lays the foundation for cultivating high-quality professionals of grease engineering adapted to the international development.更多还原
