背栓缺失工况下陶土板抗拉性能分析

【摘要】 为探究背栓连接数量对陶土板抗拉性能的影响机制,研究通过试验与有限元模拟,对比分析了四螺栓、三螺栓及两螺栓连接工况下的力学响应。结果表明螺栓数量的减少将显著降低连接节点的极限承载力,并引发破坏模式由板材整体劈裂向螺栓孔局部冲切转变。同时,系统刚度随之减弱,极限位移增大。有限元分析进一步揭示,应力集中始终位于螺栓孔洞边缘,此为破坏的起源区域。研究结果为陶土板幕墙及屋面系统的连接设计、施工质量控制与安全评估提供了关键的理论依据与实践参考。

【Abstract】 To investigate the influence mechanism of the number of rear-anchored fasteners on the tensile performance of terracotta panels, this study conducts a comparative analysis of the mechanical responses under four-bolt,three-bolt, and two-bolt connection configurations through a combination of experimental testing and finite element simulation. The results indicate that a reduction in the number of bolts significantly decreases the ultimate load-bearing capacity of the connection and leads to a transition in the failure mode from overall splitting of the panel to localized punching failure around the bolt holes. Meanwhile, the system stiffness is reduced and the ultimate displacement increases accordingly. Finite element analysis further reveals that stress concentration consistently occurs at the edges of the bolt holes, which serve as the initiation regions of failure. The findings provide critical theoretical support and practical guidance for the connection design, construction quality control, and safety assessment of terracotta panel curtain wall and roofing systems.
