大型水轮发电机电磁环境和噪声分析
Experimental Analysis of Electromagnetic Environments and Noise in Large Hydroelectric Generators
【摘要】 随着国家能源局《关于加快推进能源数字化智能化发展的若干意见》的提出,能源装备产品数字化、智能化升级逐渐进入高速发展阶段。状态感知、数据采集和通讯技术作为智慧化的基础,在发电机复杂的电磁环境和噪声下可能存在可靠性和灵敏度降低等问题。目前,国内外关于发电机运行过程中的电磁环境和噪声分析方面的研究较少,特别是其对监测设备的电磁兼容影响和对声纹类测量的干扰尚未明确。本文对国内某电站的600 MW水轮发电机运行过程中的电磁环境和噪声进行了测试,探讨了干扰的来源和时频域特征。研究结果可以为水轮发电机电磁干扰防护、在线监测和故障诊断技术开发提供参考依据。
【Abstract】 With the proposal of the National Energy Administration on accelerating the development of digital and intelligent energy,the transformation of energy infrastructure has entered a phase of rapid development. As foundational enablers of intelligent systems,state perception,data acquisition and communication technologies are inherently vulnerable to degraded performance when exposed to the complex electromagnetic and acoustic environments encountered during generator operation. At present,there are few studies on the electromagnetic environment and noise analysis during the operation of generators both domestically and internationally. In particular,their respective impacts on the electromagnetic compatibility( EMC) of monitoring systems and the fidelity of acoustic signature acquisition remain poorly understood. This study presents an experimental investigation of the electromagnetic environment and acoustic noise emitted during the operation of a 600 MW hydroelectric generator installed at a domestic power plant. The sources of interference and their timefrequency domain signatures are systematically analyzed. The findings offer critical insights for EMCresilient design,online monitoring and fault diagnosis strategies tailored to hydroelectric generators.
