【摘要】 在师范教育中融入红色文化，具有筑牢师范生信仰根基、强化文化传承自觉、实现知识性与教育性统一的重要意义。把红色文化融入师范生培养，需要明确红色文化资源的重要定位，从“宏观—中观—微观”三个层面，对红色文化融入师范教育进行系统设计。宏观层面，需要通过明确定位、战略布局与环境营造进行顶层设计；中观层面，需要把红色文化具体化为培养目标、课程体系和专业实践要求；微观层面，应通过思政课程、课程思政与实践环节三类教学活动，实现红色文化的渗透与育人价值的成效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Integrating red culture intoteacher education is of great significance in strengthening the belief foundation of normal university students, enhancing their consciousness of cultural inheritance, and realizing the unity of knowledge and education. To integrate red culture into the cultivation of normal university students, it is necessary to clarify the important positioning of red culture resources and conduct a systematic design from the macromesomicro three levels. At the macro level, top-level design should be carried out through clear positioning, strategic layout and environment construction. At the meso level, red culture should be specified into training objectives, curriculum system and professional practice requirements.
