【摘要】 基于数据库并利用CiteSpace对酸枣仁治疗抑郁症的中文和英文文献进行计量学分析，探究该领域研究进展与未来研究热点.利用Web of Science数据库和中国知网数据库检索2000—2025年发表的与酸枣仁治疗抑郁症相关研究的文献，使用CiteSpace对发文量、作者、发文机构、关键词和关键词突现等进行可视化分析，根据可视化结果探讨酸枣仁治疗抑郁症的研究概况与未来发展趋势.结果显示，共检索到文献227篇，其中中文文献218篇，英文文献9篇；2019年中文文献发文量最高，为20篇，而英文文献发文量最高在2024年，为4篇，中文文献发文量远多于英文文献；发文机构中，广西中医药大学和黑龙江中医药大学发文量最高；关键词分析显示，酸枣仁治疗抑郁症近几年的研究热点为“用药规律”“作用机制”和“临床运用”等方面.基于CiteSpace可视化分析工具，对酸枣仁治疗抑郁症的研究现状进行系统梳理，得出酸枣仁治疗抑郁症的年发文量呈现增长趋势，预测未来研究热点将主要围绕酸枣仁治疗抑郁症的作用机制(如相关信号通路调控)等方面，将为推动酸枣仁治疗抑郁症的研究奠定坚实的基础.更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the database and by using CiteSpace, this paper made a bibliometric analysis of the Chinese and English literatures of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae used in the treatment of depression, and explored the research progress and future research hotspots in this field.The Web of Science database and China national knowledge infrastructure database were used to retrieve the literature related to the research on Semen Ziziphi Spinosae in the treatment of depression published from 2000 to 2025.CiteSpace was used to visually analyze the number of publications, authors, publishing institutions, keywords, and keyword bursts.The research overview and the future development trends of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae in the treatment of depression were discussed based on the visualization results.It was found that a total of 227 articles were retrieved, including 218 Chinese articles and 9 English articles.In 2019,the number of Chinese literature published was the highest, which was 20;the highest number of English literature published in 2024 was 4,and the number of Chinese literature published was much larger than that of English literature.Among the publishing institutions, Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine and Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine had the highest number of publications; keywords analysis showed that the research hotspots of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae in the treatment of depression in recent years were mainly focused on “medication rule”“mechanism of action”“clinical application” and so on.It was concluded that based on the Citespace visual analysis tool, this study systematically sorted out the research status of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae in the treatment of depression, and concluded that the annual number of articles on Semen Ziziphi Spinosae in the treatment of depression showed an upward trend.It is predicted that the future research hotspots will mainly focus on the mechanism(such as regulation of related signaling pathways) of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae in the treatment of depression so as to lay a solid foundation for promoting the research of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae in the treatment of depression.更多还原
