【摘要】 恶性淋巴瘤作为一种常见的恶性肿瘤，其治疗策略一直是医学研究的重点。不同医家对其治疗有不同观点，并提出清热解毒、化痰散结、扶正消癥、补肾固本等多种治法。恶性淋巴瘤的根本病理因素是“痰”，合并“寒”“虚”“瘀”“毒”“滞”等而形成复杂病机。北京中医药大学东直门医院陈信义教授以“中医整体观”为基础，“以平为期”为目标，提出了调平理论，主张通过调整阴阳气机，促进人体恢复脏腑及一身气血津液的平衡。中西医结合治疗恶性淋巴瘤主要分为未接受放化疗的观察期、造血干细胞移植后恢复期和带瘤生存预防复发期。在调平理论指导下对各期的治疗为化痰散结，温阳补正；补肾健脾，培正固本；化痰祛瘀，活血散结。分阶段辨证论治，在提高恶性淋巴瘤患者生活质量、控制病情进展、减少不良反应、延长生存期以及减少复发等方面均获得了显著成效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Malignant lymphoma, as a common malignant tumor, has long been a focus of medical research with regard to its treatment strategies. Different clinicians hold varying views on its treatment and have proposed multiple therapeutic approaches, including clearing heat and removing toxins, resolving phlegm and dissipating mass, reinforcing the healthy qi and eliminating accumulation, and tonifying the kidney to consolidate the root. The fundamental pathological factor of malignant lymphoma is "phlegm", which is often accompanied by "cold", "deficiency", "blood stasis", "toxicity", and "stagnation", forming a complex pathogenesis. Professor CHEN Xinyi of Dongzhimen Hospital, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, based on the holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), proposed the regulating balance theory with the connotation of "maintaining equilibrium", advocating the adjustment of yin-yang and the qi of the five elements to restore the balance of qi, blood, and bodily fluids in the Zangfu organs and the whole body. Integrated treatment of malignant lymphoma combining TCM and Western medicine is mainly divided into three stages, i. e., the observation period without radiotherapy or chemotherapy, the recovery period after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, and the tumor-bearing survival period for recurrence prevention. Under the guidance of the regulating balance theory, treatment in each stage focuses on dissolving phlegm and dissipating mass, warming yang and replenishing healthy qi; tonifying the kidney and strengthening the spleen, cultivating healthy qi and consolidating the root; and resolving phlegm and blood stasis, activating blood circulation and dissipating mass. Stage-specific syndrome differentiation and treatment have achieved remarkable results in improving the quality of life of patients with malignant lymphoma, controlling disease progression, reducing adverse reactions, prolonging survival, and decreasing recurrence.更多还原
