三垟湿地昆虫多样性调查
Investigation on insect diversity in Sanyang Wetland
【摘要】 为研究三垟湿地内昆虫物种多样性的差异及产生原因,于2024年采用样线法和灯诱法对该湿地的昆虫开展系统调查,结合形态学与分子方法对采集昆虫进行物种鉴定,并利用Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(H′)、Pielou均匀度指数(J′)、Margalef丰富度指数(D)和Simpson优势度指数(C)系统分析了昆虫群落多样性指数及季节性动态规律。结果表明,该调查区共鉴定出昆虫10目108科245属303种,其中双翅目(23科62属77种)、鳞翅目(19科43属58种)和半翅目(22科40属52种)为优势类群;昆虫物种多样性受季节变化影响明显,呈春、秋季高,夏季相对较低趋势;主要群落物种多样性指数分析表明,双翅目和鳞翅目昆虫的Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(H′)分别为4.088和3.737,占优势地位。综合来看,该湿地昆虫不同季节的多样性指数(H′)、均匀度指数(J′)和丰富度指数(D)出现一定的波动,而优势度指数(C)无明显变化,整体物种多样性较高,群落稳定性较好。本研究为三垟湿地昆虫资源的保护和利用提供基础数据。
【Abstract】 To investigate the differences and causes of insect species diversity in the Sanyang Wetland, a survey was conducted in 2024 using the transect method and light lure method to clarify the insect diversity and population distribution in the Sanyang Wetland. The collected insects were identified using both morphological and molecular methods, and the diversity indices of the insect community and their seasonal dynamic patterns were systematically analyzed using the Shannon-Wiener diversity index(H′), Pielou evenness index(J′), Margalef richness index(D), and Simpson dominance index(C). The results showed that a total of 303 species of insects belonging to 108 families and 10 orders were identified in the survey area. Diptera(23 families, 62 genera, 77 species), Lepidoptera(19 families, 43 genera, 58 species), and Hemiptera(22 families, 40 genera, 52 species) were the dominant groups. Insect species diversity was significantly influenced by seasonal changes, showing higher levels in spring and autumn but relatively lower in summer. The analysis of the species diversity index of the main communities indicated that the ShannonH Wiener diversity index(′) of the Diptera and Lepidoptera insects was 4.088 and 3.737 respectively, occupying a dominant position. Overall, the diversity index(H′), pielou evenness index(J′), and richness index(D) of the insects in this wetland showed certain fluctuations across different seasons, while the Simpson dominance index(C) of insects in the Sanyang Wetland show consistent trends, with a high diversity index and good community stability. This study provides basic data for the protection and utilization of insect resources in Sanyang Wetland.
