基于STAT3通路的结直肠癌早期诊断研究进展

【摘要】 信号转导与转录激活因子3(STAT3)通路在结直肠癌的发生发展中具有枢纽调控作用。本文介绍该通路在促进肿瘤增殖、免疫逃逸及代谢重编程中的分子机制,并结合转录组学、蛋白质组学和代谢组学等多组学研究,系统总结STAT3通路相关的早期诊断性标志物的研究进展,多组学整合模型、人工智能算法在结直肠癌无创早筛中的应用前景,并梳理当前存在的技术瓶颈与临床转化挑战,为精准医学提供理论基础与实践路径。

【Abstract】 Signal transduction and activator of transcription 3(STAT3) pathway has a pivotal regulatory role in colorectal cancer development.This paper introduces the molecular mechanism of this pathway in promoting tumour proliferation, immune escape and metabolic reprogramming, and combines transcriptomics, proteomics and metabolomics to systematically summarize the research progress of early diagnostic markers related to the STAT3 pathway, the prospects of the application of multilocus integration models and artificial intelligence algorithms in non-invasive early screening of colorectal cancer, and to sort out the technical bottlenecks and clinical challenges that exist currently translation challenges.We will provide a theoretical foundation and practical path for precision medicine.
